        • Hi, if you already try to scan several wifi but can not access all of them from your Lenovo K860, then maybe some applications block the wifi menu for access the network, this kind of applications usually like battery saver or something like that, you should uninstall that applications. If you can not find that apps, then you need to do hard reset to make sure wifi can work again. If still can not work after doing hard reset, then maybe the radio hardware for wifi is broken, then you need to consult with Lenovo service center.

    • Hi, normally after you change Gmail password from other locations like computer browser, then your Lenovo K860 will ask for login with new password again. Please try to open Google Play Store or your Gmail, then your Android Lenovo K860 will re-ask to login with new password, unless you signed in with different account. Please make sure you use same account.

    • Hi, can you try to use wifi to connect Internet? Maybe you should make sure the APN of your Lenovo K860i is correct as what your network provider said for the Internet data setting. Otherwise, you can try to use your simcard at different android phone to make sure your simcard is fime. Is get same can not connect problems at other phone, then you should replace your simcard at your network provider service center.
