    • Hi, first try to recharge with different Android charger which have minimum 1 Ah current output, because sometime the charger is broken. If still can not work, then maybe your Android Zenfone C get hard bricks and should get additional test at Asus authorize service center. Some trouble can fix by replace the motherboard, but it is depend on the trouble.

  1. my usus zenfone c start up is taking too long and not switching on at all, and its charging very slow. the only way i can switch on and use is when i hard reset it every time. once the phone shuts off it becomes like this. Any solutions?

    • Hi, please do not install too many apps after finish hard reset, because sometime same problems will happen when you install too many apps. You also may try to use different Google account to prevent cloud backup restore from previous Google account.
