  1. Have one question. First, my english is not so well but…. We have a J1 and a battery. When is battery low, about 3% ,I put the phone on charging. Now, here come the surprise.

PROBLEM 1.When phone charged about 10% , screen froze. When I pluged out , sceen went ok,instantly. Pluged in—> screen froze. plugend-out —->screen went ok. And so on….

If the phone is 3% and charging, I can operate it. when charging is 11% ,booom…it freeeze.

PROBLEM 2: If i left the phone on charging, it freeze at 10% but…still charging. Well…this is the big shit. If battery is charged more than 15-20% phone is off, and not starting anymore. And can not start with “power” button until the baterry is discharged at 10-12%.

Anyway, the point is , the J1 work ONLY if the baterry is 0-10% . I think is about voltage. What can I do to recover? I like this shit only for that good resolution on camera.

  3. When I turned on my mobile this morning, it came up with this message:
“Device Memory Damaged – the data partition has been corrupted.you need to reset your device to factory defaults.this will erase all your date. (reset device button)”

I tried turning the phone on and off for 5 times, and removing/replacing the battery 5 times. But when I turned it on, it just shows the same message.

So I ended up clicking that button at around 11am this morning, and since then, it’s been showing an image of the robot android for the last 8 hours. I can’t get into any system menu. I don’t know what to do now. Am I supposed to just wait while hoping it’s actually processing the reset and will finish it, or is this not supposed to be like this? I haven’t dared to do anything else to it.
