  1. My poor Samsung galaxy note 2 gt-n7100 is in a bad way. The poor android has displayed on the screen with the ( ! ) Symbol on it’s chest. I have done the hard reboot and wiped the cache as well. The Samsung logo shows up and I have done the v.up, power, middle button steps and it keeps bringing me back to the hard reboot mode. I factory reset, and thats as far as I get. Can my poor phone be revived or is it truly and sadly dead. Pls help

    • Hi, if you have done all hard reset steps but the problems still happen, then please bring your phone to Samsung authorized service center, they will try to check whether the problems comes from hardware or software.
