Easy Way to Backup & Restore ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 Contact, SMS, Data, Picture Before Doing Hard Reset Format?

Tips for backup important data at Asus Fonepad 7 which have several type including FE171CG, FE375CG, FE375CL, FE375CXG. This tablet use ZenUI user interface. Login With Google Account to Backup Contact or Phone Book at ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7

Almost all of us will have many contact or phonebook data at ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 which are very important. We have to backup all important data at safety location. One important thing when we use Android that we can synchronize our contact data to Google account, what we have to do is make sure our phone already sign in with our personal Google account.

After login to Gmail/Google account, the tablet by default will automatically synchronize or backup our data to Google cloud server, so we will have 2 phonebooks storage, one is at our ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 and the other one at https://contacts.google.com. Please check that address to make sure all data already backup at Google server.

Turn on ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7
Open Menu Setting > Account > Google , make sure your Gmail account already setup
If you need to add Google / Gmail account, then click Add account
Please see at your account, and make sure the Sync is ON

How to Backup Phone Book or Contact at ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 Manually to SDCard Memory?

Beside having backup at Google could for our contact, we can also backup or export our contact or phonebook at ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 using Export menu at Contacts menu.

Turn on ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7
Open applications: Contacts
Choose all contact to backup: Contacts > Menu > Manage contacts
Choose Menu > Import / Export
Choose Export to storage
The filename of exported file will be show to tell us where the exported file is

How to Backup Picture/Photo ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 ?

Make sure computer can connect to ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 memory card (otherwise, try to slide down the notifications area from ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7, choose to connect USB as media)
If the computer already can read ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 phone data, then use computer File Explorer to open the DCIM folders at ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7, copy all folder or files to specific location at our computer
If everything finish, please try to open all images from our computer to make sure all data already backup or export or copy without problem

Choose Contacts
Choose Menu from Contacts > Manage Contacts.
Choose Import / Export > Import from storage
Choose the place that we can save our contact
Choose Import vCard file

How to Backup and Restore Applications at ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7 before doing Hard Reset or Reformat ?

After using several months, we will have some installed applications at our ASUS FONEPAD & FONEPAD 7, the problem at Android is when we do hard reset or master format, all data and installed applications will be remove or wipe.
