Hi, you need to make sure that your 16GB micro SD memory is run properly. That is good ideal to format the external memory card from Acer Iconnia B1 tablet facility. Go to Setting menu > Storage and choose to erase / format external micro sd.

Hi, the not responsive lcd touch screen can be happen because several causes, first is because the not properer applications which run in the background that can make Acer Iconia A71-B1 become not responsive. In this case you can try to do hard reset and clean all non default applications. Can you try to open some applications which can run auto rotate, then try to rotate your Acer Iconia A71-B1, see weather the screen still can not touch at the same position before you rotate or not. If differently positions for not active touch sensitivity, then maybe this is cause by applications. You need to do hard reset to make it all 3th party applications clear and run again from beginning. If the touch screen still problem after doing hard reset or master format, then maybe that is hardware problem and need to bring to Acer service center.
