Hi, first you have to try your Acer Iconia Tab B1 A71 camera using different 3th party application download from Google Play Store. Try to use some of them like Camera360 or Google Camera or some other free applications. To test it, please try to reboot the tablet and test with that new 3th party camera application. If the camera still can not work or can not capture anything. You should have to do hard reset or master format to remove all trouble application or wrong setting which make the main camera can not work. Please follow the steps to hard reset above.

Hi, first of all you should make sure your Gmail account does not get any trouble. Please try to open or Login to your Gmail account at computer browser start from mail.google.com, then put your username and password which also use at your Acer Iconia Tab B1-A71. Try to send and received email and make sure everything work fine. Because the SPAM is response from Gmail server, the Tablet only read the Email which available in Inbox or folder that we check. Please also update all installed applications to the latest one. However, the update or application will not work properly if the tablet free space at Internal memory is insufficient. You have to reduce the installed applications.
Some applications like Facebook will keep the data inside internal memory, if many applications keep their data, then your internal memory will not have free space left. Try to check your applications data internal memory usage from Settings > Apps > choose the Applications (maybe you can try with Facebook) then you can choose Clear data. Please note the Facebook apps data will not removed from Facebook server, only data at our tablet will removed. After clean Facebook data, you can see that you will have more free internal memory capacity. At this moment, please update all installed applications. Hi, usually after doing hard reset or master format, your Acer Iconia Tab B1-A71 will reinstall the firmware and restore back all setting to factory default. The Bluetooth and wifi should work after you have activated it at menu setting. However, if you still can not activate Bluetooth and wifi, then maybe the hardware get trouble and need to ask Acer authorize service center for further test.
