and I can not charge it again (there is no indication that there is power come into it like "battery charging....").

Hi, usually if the battery totally empty than you need to charge it for several minutes before the tablet can start to on again. Try to charge for 15 minutes, then press the power button to turn it on.

Hi, maybe the last installed application have not compatible with your ACER ICONIA TAB B1. If you already try uninstall that application or soft reset because can not access the menu, but the result still error, that you should try to do hard reset with hardware key button option 2 above.

Typically, charging when Power Off should make the tablet charging more faster to full, because the tablet do nothing, so there are not power needed. If the Acer Iconia B1-A71 is On, and lets say there are some background applications run continuously, that applications will make the tablet work hard and need more power, so the tablet will be charging more longer when the tablet power is ON. Having said that, it is normal with your conditions now, do not worry about it.

Hi, we assume that you have problem with screen lock at Acer Iconia Tab B1-A71, you can bypass or unlock it with answering Google account username and password for release the security protections.
For "Too many patterns attempts...", try to login with your google account.
If you have a problem with your username or password, you can fix this using another computer.
IMPORTANT: Because you don't have an access to the menu, you can only use a WiFi network that you have used before (you can't make a new wireless connection). And if the wireless was turned off when you last used the tablet, you are not lucky.
