After doing the hard reset also my Acer liquid e700 is not working . when I power on my mobile it gets stuck in the acer logo which appear while switching on itself, its not entering the home display itself. Acer Liquid E700 has been hijacked by something which makes it run very slowly, prevents the use of the bottom part (only 8mm approx) of the screen and which has disabled the volume down key.
Software Factory reset completed. Has not rectified the situation.
Cannot complete root menu reset because I need to use the volume down key to select, this key has been disabled.

1. battery is not charging but indicator goes on blinking.
