Hi. My ASUS fonepad 7 Fe375cg/ K019 audio is not working (both loud speaker, headset) i dont know what the problem is because i didnt drop it or anything for it to suddenly stop working. Prior to that i remember receiving a notification that my audio jack is plugged in, but I never use headset that day. And now it cant even detect when im plugging in and out my headset. Sound recording, music and videos are also malfunctioning when trying to play it. (Asus music: Counting but the scroll's not moving, no sound. Google play: only blank white page showing. Asus recorder: no sound, sometimes stops playing and then screens turn black, have to turn off and on again to work again. Videos: no sound, stops playing then tabs hang)
I downloaded and scanned my tab to a few anti viruses app to see if thats the problem but none found. I also cleared all cache and data of my music, recorder but it still doesn't fix the problem.
