Please try to recovery your Google account first using computer and follow forget password step from PC Browser. If you still can not access you Google or Gmail account, then you have to do hard reset or master format.

Copy all dload folder (include the dload folder) to external memory card (microSD) put at main directory at memory card. After that insert that memory card to your Huawei Ascend Y300, then do soft reset. At normal step the Huawei phone will doing reinstall firmware from external memory if the dload folder available at microsd card.
