Hi, boot loop at your Huawei Honor C can be happen because of applications trouble that make the operating system become damage. At this conditions you need to do hard reset with hardware button combination key or using microSD card. For microSD card, first prepare computer (for more easy access), try to download correct firmware file from Huawei official website, after finish download that file than extract the downloaded file, you will see dload folder, then copy all extracted files included dload folder to (blank) microSD and put that microSD at your Huawei Honor C. Reboot again your phone then wait until firmware reinstall automatically. Please note, all data will be refresh including important data will be remove from your Huawei Honor C.

I'm facing a issue with my honor 4c. My touch screen is not working it happened after i updated to lollipop. After the update installation it rebooted and stuck at the where we choose the language. I can't get past it. Since touch is not working. This is not a hardware problem i'm 100 percentage sure. I tried everything i could like hard reset and all nothing seemed to solve the issue.
