Hi I have the honor 4x mobile and while I am doing the hard reset the screen have been stopped in fast boot mode and not going further I have given the mobile in service center as well but the service center people are saying that it will not happen you have to change the mother board of the mobile so please help me with the solution what should I do.
Hi, usually by bring the Huawei to authorize service center then they will see the hardware conditions. If they said it is happen because the motherboard then maybe that is the correct problems. However, you may try to do hard reset using MicroSD card like steps at #option 3 to reflash the firmware to factory default. Hi, if your Huawei Honor 4X has been upgraded to newest Android version, then you can not easily roll back to downgrade the firmware to previous version, it will not work with OTA over the air, because Huawei will not prepare for that state. Some trouble may happen if you force your phone back with not standard conditions. What we are suggest right now, try to hard reset to reformat your Huawei Honor 4X / Play 4x to make the os back to factory default. It will remove all installed applications which were downloaded with old Android version. After your phone back to factory default with new OS, then you have to install the apps one by one from Google Play Store, it will find the apps with the same version of your Android version.
