Hi, is it about LCD screen lock? If yes then you have to bypass with Google account for forgotten security LCD locked. Please try to give several time wrong answer continuously until your Huawei Honor 4X freezing, then please type your Gmail username and password that you have signed in before. Please make sure your Huawei Honor 4X internet active whether with GSM or Wifi connection, because your Huawei Honor 4X will need some authentication with Google server to unlock forgot security protections.
Hello, a frind of mine bought a LTE Huawei 4X (dual SIM) in China and he lives in Argentina. Unfortunately he did not notice that band 4, required for Argentina, had not been configured on such device and the phone only gets 2G network. Hi, as far as we know your Huawei 4X stil can work with Argentina 3G or HSDPA, so although your friends phone can not work with 4G but HSDPA still fine to work or download files or watch movie.

I update 4x che2-L11 to 5.11 now buid number is che2-L11c636B360. but now internal storage is low. i dis master reset.but problem is not done.plz help me to rollback original condition
Hi, the internal memory split as system and data. If internal storage is low after doing master reset, then maybe data partitions already full like photo and downloaded files. You have to backup all data and do master format again, but do not forget to choose Erase internal SD card content at your Huawei Honor 4X.

Hi, as far as we know doing hard reset will not do anything with the battery performance, in fact the battery life maybe become more efficient after reformat because all of installed applications will be remove and some background applications will not run anymore. Please make sure you change your Huawei Honox 4X properly.
