HI, you can backup all important data at Lenovo A6000 using external card, this phone have mcriosSD simcard, put one empty card and copy using file manager. If you can not find file manager applications, then please install from Google Play Store like IO File Manager or ES File Explorer which is free to download. Then using that apps, please browse at SDCard0 folder source and copy to SDCard1 folder destinations. You also can use cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive using their apps, but your have to install it first from Google Play Store and export data to their server.

Hi, we never get this problems at new Lenovo A6000. You may consider to reformat your Lenovo A6000 so it will get fresh factory default operating system. Then you have to login to Google account and try to download Whatsapp to your Lenovo A6000 again. Yes, you are right, Whatsapp is free applications, but please be careful to download correct Whatsapp application, because there are many fake Whatsapp at Google Play Store or other applications store.

However, we suggest you do turn off Internet connection, then try uninstall some not use applications like games or some other apps.
