i have buy it for my fater he has used it for 2 *****s but now when someone calls him :
the mobile is working OK , soud is good, songs are good, when you turn it on you hear the sound
but when someone call you youd dont hear nothing - until you click on icone sound on display after that you hear the other person also he or she hear you

Hi, maybe your Lenovo A850 speaker phone hardware at above of LCD get trouble, so you can not hear from it, but it work when you reroute the voice from main speaker (which usually use for play music or other sound). Please check your speaker hardware to nearest Lenovo service center.

Hi, well it seem the problems comes from the hardware. However, you can try to do hard reset while the LCD screen start flickering to make sure the problems come from LCD or not. Usually if the problems comes from the hardware, then you will find the flicker LCD start at Logo startup (when you get flicker at cold temp).

Hi, yes you can try to uninstall non factory default application from Setting Menu > Apps, and find which antivirus that you want to uninstall, but if that apps come from factory default then that apps can not uninstall easily. Hi, please try to delete data and caches only for Google Play Store apps at your Lenovo A850, goto menu Setting > Apps > All > find and choose Google Play Store apps, then press Remove data and caches button. After that try to run again Google Play Store, it should be run normally again.

Hi, if your Safebox applications is not keeping your own data, then you can try to clean data and cache of your Lenovo A850 using menu Setting > Apps > Downloaded and find safebox apps. After you choose Safebox apps, then you can press Clear data & Clear cache button. After that you can use Safebox from beginning without secret key anymore.
