Hi, please try to use other different working GSM simcard to your Lenovo A850. Make sure your phone are not at flight mode, because all network and GSM connection will be disable while flight mode active. If you still get this problems, then you have to try doing hard reset or master format Lenovo A850 to factory default.

This applications will try to use your Lenovo A850 camera hardware to run, usually it will work again if the problem comes from your default camera applications. Hi, you can download LCD screen test free applications from Google Play Store, this apps will show some color at your LCD screen, and you have to make sure the color is shown right, blue is blue, green is green, red is red and more. If you can not see the right color at screen test, then maybe you need to test doing hard reset and test your LCD screen again.

Hi, you can try to delete data or caches of Google Play Store from menu Setting > Apps > Play Store, press Delete data and Delete cache button, after that restart your Lenovo A850 and try to run agian Google Play Store. Hi, we are not sure why this problems happen, but usually this is because of applications like browser or something else. You can try to download different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox which is run good at Android. If this problem still happen, then please try to do hard reset to reformat and restore all applications to factory default, then try to use online apps again from your Lenovo A850.
Please note, at normal standard situations, we can not uninstall or remove preinstalled applications, this apps still there after doing hard reset as well.

Hi, if you have done factory default or hard reset, all menu at operating system will be back to factory default and you can find Setting menu. However, you can try to find setting menu from Notification bar, please try to drop down notification bar and try to find Setting menu near clock or date.
