I really need your help; i left my Lenovo A850 phone to charge yesterday then i went for a meeting. When i came back i found it off. I tried to press the power button but nothing, i have tried to remove the battery over 3 times still nothing. I tried pressing the power button together with volume up for at least one minute but still nothing. The phone was working perfectly fine, it had enough memory in it, i didnt flash it; i really dont know what is going on or what to do...its just one week old so i dont know what could be.
I have tried charging or plugging in to a PC but nothing is coming up, not even the red light.
Please help me, i will really appreciate your help because i realy love this phone alot and i dont want it to disappoint me.
Hi, maybe because of some over charge or trouble when charging, your Lenovo A850 get trouble and make the hardware become corrupt or damage. Because your phone not give any response although you charge using power Adapter or using USB cable. So you need to chek the hardware at Lenovo authorize service center for make it sure.

Hi Sir, I use my Lenovo A 850 from April 2014 without any problem but on 3 May 2015 my phone automatically switch off I tried to switch on my phone by power button & battery reinstallation but can't succeeded after that i removed my SIM ( having data pack) and replace my friend SIM (no data pack) after carbon cleaning on battery poles & reinstallation my phone again started & showing new SIM with network then I removed my friend SIM & replace with my SIM & restarted again phone started but showing no network then i repted same process with slot 2 & result was same & repted same process with other SIMs( having data pack ) but non was detected even after factory reset. I checked my SIM in other phones & it is working normal , Sir please give me solution.

Hi, we are sorry because we can not give good advice for rooted or custom ROM tweak for Lenovo A850, because there are several non standard possibilities that can happen. Moreover, with root operating system we can by accident erase some important system files.

My phone is Lenovo A850. My problem is when I turn it on it take only several seconds then it automatically turn off. I try to charge the phone and it says 99% in battery status, Then turn it on again but still get the same problem.
btw I already re-format the phone and already performed system update.
what gives me puzzle why it automatically turn off.
