Hi, usually after doing hard reset and finish it, then your Lenovo K900 will restart again from beginning and ready to sign-in with Google account. But this conditions will not work at custom rom or custom tweak or rooted Lenovo K900. Maybe you should try to consult with Lenovo authorize service center.
