My Lenovo p700i also get locked due to multiple times wrong input pattern by my friends now it asking for Google acc. But net is off do I can't reach to Google

Hi, unfortunately by default as far as we know you need to connect the Internet to bypass secruity password protection with Google account. There are some other option to do that, but it mostly also not help because by default we do not activate USB DEBUGGING at our Android for security reason. So, the only way you can do is doing hard reset.
