How to solve the Lenovo P770 Problem such as not responding or malfunctions or hang or stuck or freezing?

In master reset menu, its appear in chinese language..is there any chance to change the language ?
Hi, the Chinese language at recovery menu can not change without flash new rom or firmware. Usually we will try to follow the menu one by one if we can not understand the language.

hallo, i have a problem with my lenovo p770. when ever i connect the charger it displays charging but wont exceed 1% and the phone will immediately power down when the charger is removed.
Further more the phone led light wont light to indicate that its charging.
Hi, you can try to use other Android charger to make sure your charger adapter still work normally. If your phone still can not charge with other Android charger (do not use non Android charger although it has the same port), then we suspect the problem come with your Lenovo P770 and you should try to bring at nearest authorize Lenovo service center for further test.

Hi, when you see Chinese language at your Lenovo P770 at hard reset using hardware button key, then you can try to find word eMMC at that menu, after that choose with Power Button to OK then follow some other steps at that menu to hard reset to factory default.

Hi, you can try to use headphone or headset with cable to make sure your phone call working properly. If you can make phone call using headphone, then maybe some trouble happen with your Lenovo P770 earphone speaker hardware. You may also try to do hard reset or master format just to make sure the trouble does not come from applications.

Hi, the selection button at Lenovo P770 recovery mode should use Power Button. But if it still can not work, maybe you should try to press any other button or reprocess again the recovery mode start from OFF positions.

Hi, sorry reply in English. When your Lenovo P770 mounted to computer using USB cable, then you can see all files at external memory. The Lenovo P770 also have internal memory, sometime it can not mounted to computer, just external card. Unless you use MTP for USB connection.

Hi, the default supported language at Lenovo P770 only available depend of factory default ROM. You can try to find it at menu Setting > Language & input and find your proffered language. If you can not find that, then it mean your Lenovo P770 not support for that language, and you can not add more language at this time.
