I pressed power button + volume down + volume up , it shows 4 option , when i go to the option that i want , i press the power button as it said 'enter' , but nothing happen , it just continue to reboot and stuck at lenovo logo , and then continue until my death >> please help me

Sim mgmt option is dim. Phone can't recognize both the sim cards. . both cards working fine on another phone. Any option to unlock the sim mgmt menu? Any why did that happen? Phone and battery in excellent condition.. Phone never been drop not damaged. But warranty if over. After only about two years of use.
