Hi, if you LG G Pro Lite still can go normally, then you can try to hard reset using software menu from Setting > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset. The result while using hardware button or software menu to factory data reset are same.

Make sure your Internet connection are working properly, but we suggest to use stable Wifi data connection.
