Hi, usually if your phone can not access menu Setting to hard reset then alternative options is doing hard reset with hardware button combination key. Please do steps at #option 2 above carefully. After finish doing hard reset, your LG G Pro Lite operating system will be reinstall to factory default, therefore if your fingerprint problems happen because applications, then it will back again to factory default or will work normally again.

Hi i have an LG G PRO LITE D680 and i recently did a hard factory reset by turning off my phone then holding down the power button, and the bottom volume then once the letters popped up I pressed the power button and waited for my LG to restart.. I tried an existing account and it lets me enter it and takes me as far as to asking me if I'd like to add a credit card number or skip..I choose to skip and when I do it takes me back to where it asks me if I'd like to add a new or an existing account and then I tried making a new account and it lets me then does the same exact thing on letting me go as far as asking for a credit card number or skip... When it takes me back for example after I tried an existing account I retype the same Gmail and it says that that Gmail already exists on my device.. Why doesn't it let me go any further? Or give me the option on adding the account later and just letting me access the main menu? Please reply it's urgent that I get my phone to working properly! Thanks and have a nice day
Hi, as far as we know, after finish doing hard reset either using software menu or hardware button combination key, your LG G PRO LITE will reformat the operating system and restore back to factory default. Hi, unfortunately if your phone can not boot normally then you have to do hard reset using hardware button combination key like steps at #option 2 above. The internal memory data might removed or wipe as well if we do reformat the operating system. However, after your LG G Pro Lite OS finish reformated, then you can try to find your internal data files if still available.

2. unfortunately, google services framework has stopped
3. unfortunately google play service has stopped
4. unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped
These messages always appear everytime.

I already try to download google play service apk, but can not run. My playstore can not open.

Hi, unfortunately you better doing hard reset if this problems is not solve. You have to backup all important data to keep you files not removed while doing hard reset. You can backup to microSD and all contact also can be find from Google contacts to make sure all name already synchronized.

I did a hardware hard reset on a LG PRO LITE D680 because i got a message saying. unfortunately, LG keyboard has stopped again and again but acter doing the hard reset i still have this message showing in my screen and my keyboard does not work, is there another solution for this problem?

Hi, maybe you can try to install 3th party keyboard from Google Play Store like swiftkeyboard or go keyboard. All of them is free to download and use. After finish install then please choose to use that keyboard instead of default keyboard.
