I tried hard reset using power button and volume down but whenever it start to enter recovery mode, it restart without even shows reset wizard like most guides shows. Hi, at some country, call center can not give good solutions. You should bring your Oppo Joy to Oppo authorize service center, than you can find better approach because they can check directly at your phone to make sure about the problems.

Hi, hard reset OPPO Joy can work with hardware button combination key Volume Button Down + Power Button together. At some other OPPO phone you can try to press Volume Up + Power Button together, you can give try with that button too.

Hi, please try to unlock you forgotten security screen lock pattern using Google account. Try to give several time wrong answer continuously until your Oppo Joy screen locked or freezing 30 seconds. At this time you can see Forgot Pattern button, press that button then you can type your Gmail username and password that you have signed-in before. Make sure your Internet connection is active when you do this process, because your Oppo Joy R1001 will ask authentication from Google server. If still can not solve, then you have to do hard reset using hardware button combination key like steps at #option 2 above.
I couldn't open e-mail in inbox. When I tried to open it, it always throw me back to home menu. Same thing happens when I tried to open another app. I already tried to clear app data, redownload and reinstall the app, and even do factory data reset, but still no result. What should I do?
Hi, what kind of email applications that you use? as long as you use default Gmail (red mail icon), then everything will run without trouble at your Oppo Joy R001. Please make sure you are setting gmail account properly.
