Hi, please try to restore forgotten security screen lock at your Samsung Galaxy J2 using Google account. Try to to give several time wrong answer continuously until your phone freeze or locked 30 seconds, at this time you can find Forgot Password button, press that button then you will find field to type your Gmail username and password that you have already signed-in before. Hi, I forgot my password and did a hard reset on my Galaxy J2. However when i rebooted the phone it is stuck on the Welcome screen where it gives options to choose language. And when i tap next it is stuck at the WiFi. I tried going next but the next option on the screen seems to be unresponsive.
