My wife uses the Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus GT-S5301. It's worked well, till recently, when suddenly when making calls using WhatsApp Call to the one person they can hear her, but to another her voice comes through in grunts or not at all
This has happened since Vodacom put LTE on her phone at the end of June 2018. Vodacom says they have removed LTE, BUT the problem remains, namely intermittent voice on, then off...
Can this be fixed. It has worked well for the last 5 plus years.
