Hi, first you can try to press Forget Password / Pattern button after doing several time wrong answer continuously. Press that button and you will ask to answer the Google account username and password. But if you can not access Google account than you need to do hard reset with hardware key button at the Option 2 step above.

Hi, we do not know about your contract with provider for your Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus, but if before this situations your phone work normally, then maybe there are some trouble with your hardware.
