In regards to screen lock: I cannot remove the screen lock on my phone anymore after installing a GIAG2.CRT file that a friend sent me. He thought the file would correct the problem I have in accessing my Google account, Google Play etc. Is there a way to delete this GIAG2.CRT file? Or is there a way to remove Locked Screen without Hardsetting? I don't need a Locked Screen.

Hi, we will try to answer one by one according to what we can:
1. There are many backup options that you can do, first backup manually one by one base by the applications like Whatsapp, Line Messenger and some other more. Some cloud applications like social media Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Telegram and something like that do not need to backup manually, because they will load the content automatically once we are connect to Internet. Samsung also have backup procedure, but better if you also do several backup to make sure your backup data are not corrupt. Contact will be backup automatically at Google server, but you need to make sure from your Google account open by browser from other computer.
2. You can leave your Simcard provider at that location, but if you have external microsd memory, then we suggest to remove first from your Samsung Galaxy S Advance.
3. Well, first you have to try login using computer Internet browser, and login to your Google account to make sure your password is correct. If you can login, then maybe the problems comes from your phone and need to do hard reset to reformat your Samsung Galaxy phone operating system to factory default.
4. Sorry, we never try to install GIAG2.CRT. Therefore we can not have any good answer for this question.
