Hi .. I have an issue with the software on this GTs-7582 Phone that I have. It had the ability to play MP3 ringtones and Alarms earlier. But somehow they got lost. Now when I try to set MP3 files as ringtones and alarms, the device does not see them anymore. I can browse to the files using My Files but then when I try to add them as ringtones or alarms, there is no option to add them or look/browse to another folder as such. Though I copied few Mp3 files into the location it is using, it denies to show them in the list and shows only M4a files. Same issue with Camera / Gallery not looking in other locations or their inability to browse to another location.
