I use Samsung Galaxy Star GT-S5282. I was trying to rename the video folder when the phone restarted by itself. I tried again and found two "video" folders containing the same files. I tried to delete one and again the phone restarted by itself. I opened the file manager and found out that extsdcard was missing. I checked storage settings and found no info on extsdcard. Also, the "Mount sdCard" option had stopped working. It had turned grey. I have reset the phone but it is not helping. Can anyone help, please?
