Hi, that information tell your internal memory is out of space, you have to uninstall some not use applications. You also may try to remove some applications data like Facebook or Twitter. You can see this options at menu Setting > Storage, see the Available free space. Tab the Apps to reduce or uninstall the applications. Because there are several options that could make your Sony Xperia Miro can not charge, first because of the charger, the other possibility because your battery already died and need replace with new one.
