Hi, as far as we know Sony Xperia Z Ultra have proper way to run Facebook applications. Please try to do hard reset or master format one more time from menu Setting. After your phone finish reformat, then please do not login with previous Google account to make your phone not restore any Google backup. You can try to create new Google / Gmail account to test several moment such as download Facebook.
