Hi, if you are not sign in to any Google account, then you can not download anything from Google Play Store, and also you can not unlock or bypass forgotten security screen lock protections when you can not open Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" screen lock. If you get this problems, then you have to do hard reset using hardware button combination key.

Hi, as far as we know Samsung not give official firmware update anymore to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 inches P3100, therefore you can not update to newest firmware versions like Android Lollipop for Android Marshmallow, but some other community give alternative solutions with unofficial custom ROM.
