But if you must doing hard reset then all data and installed applications will be removed and basically can not be restore anymore without any backup option before.

I also had the same problem with my T2 P3100. I have found a solution . You first switch it off and fully charge it then switch it on put it on charging and let it restart as much as it wants . It will keep on restarting and restarting and............... . Then the new setup will appear set up the device . May be it will restart one or more time more time but the problem will be solved.

Hi, you can change the langguage of SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2 7" using Setting > Language. But the main problem, you need to bypass the pattern screen lock first. To do that you can try to use Forget Pattern button after you do some wrong answer continuously. Press the Forget Pattern button, then you will ask to answer the Google account username & password. If you still forgot Google account data, then you have to do hard reset like step at option 2 above with hardware button.

Hi, have you already tried to charge the tablet about 30 minutes and continue with pressing power for several seconds?
