How to Safety Factory Default Nokia Asha 305 Format & Master Reset?

• my nokia mobile restore code not12345 iam try this code false

  • maybe you or somebody else every change that default code. The last option to restore that code is by bring Nokia Asha to Authorized Service Center in your locations.

    • Hi, if your Nokia 305 getting stuck and can not access the screen, the you need to bring to Nokia service center to check weather the hardware get trouble or not.

  • You type *#7370# and press ok after that mobile asking the code so type 12345. Easyaly format your mobile and change code:)

  • It seems that the internal memory is full, better to try delete some applications especially which is not use too much. As we know that Nokia Asha 305 internal memory is very limited. Otherwise you should try to hard reset Nokia Asha 305 with factory format step

    • Thanks brother. But my all apps are in memory card and if we reset phone all game , app & some theme get corrupted. Only system apps are in phone memory. Any other way of cleaning memory?

      • Hi again, if you still get problem with Nokia Asha 305, maybe you can try to do Option 1 above to reset Nokia Asha setting to factory default, this step will not delete you important data, but we always suggest to backup you smartphone periodically for restore when unwanted situation happen. Also please do backup before doing all options step above.

• whatsapp for S40 & line applications are not working on my mobile. Actually i am not able to register my self on the server after inserting my details, it shows the network connection error...on the other hand i can connect to facebook at the same time. so i am not able to get out of it....i have also updated my phone software & now i am having latest 7.42 version.

  • Hi, if read about your problem, it seem your network connection is not stable (maybe). Do you every try to open browser and go to yahoo.com or something like that for make sure about the Internet connection while you have problem with Whatsapp / Line / Facebook

  • Hi, there are several applications at Nokia Asha 305, the factory default applications build in at Nokia Asha 305 can not remove, but the applications that we've installed can be remove by press and hold the menu button, then the red cross to appear to remove the applications.

• when i try to browes through the normal internet icon on my menu, it shows me conflicting applications show items?, when i try to make any further click from there, the phone wil just automatically reboots and still dont work! I have done all forms of reset listed above but remains dump!!!

  • Hi, your problem kind of applications crash, but usually the default preinstalled applications will not crash each other, because you said that you've done the hard reset but the problem still exist. If you are sure the problem still happen although you never installing new applications, maybe the problem comes from hardware, and Nokia service center can help you to make sure about that problem
