Hi, first you have to make sure for applications which block your connections usually like battery saving or something like that. You also may try to different hotspot or access point. Hi, it seems tha your Acer Liquid Z5 still can boot but can not work. Please try to do one more time hardware button combination key to reformat your phone. After your phone can work again, then please do not login with any previous Google account, because it may work with cloud backup restoration.
