However, if your phone already damage, please try to install the re-flash or reinstall with with factory default stock operating system from XDA community. You need to download the tools and ROM from Lenovo forum and then use computer to flash with several steps. Please do it carefully.

Hi, first you need to make sure your Lenovo A369i can connect to Internet and already sign-in with Google account as well to make it run Google Play Store properly. If you already sure that your Internet fine and you also have already signed-in to Google Play Store, try to open Gmail with red Mail Icon. You have to test send email from that account and check it to destination address for make sure your email run. If you can not send email at that red mail icon, then maybe your account is not currently connected to Google account. Check you account at Setting menu > account > Google.
If everything fine but you still can not access Google account, then you need to consider doing hard reset, and activate or sign-in again to Google account. I rooted easily with framaroot, the result was succesful. I uninstall something ineither nor like with nobloatfree and probably uninstall something impornt because in the middle of the uninstalling phone froze. I tried hard reset and nothing happens

Hi, it seems that the bottom right button that you touch at your Lenovo tablet is the multitasking icon, it will show the latest applications that we have already running previously. But you cannot see every running applications with that. Please use setting menu > Apps > Running, you will see all realtime running applications. This steps can be use either at your Lenovo tablet or your Lenovo A369i as well.
