i bought an acer liquid Z5 today, i didn't plug in the charger because my brother told me i had to let it power off completely first, and charge it then for about 10 hours. i believed him because i'm a noob in all this stuff. Now i can not power it on, and when i plug in the charger there is only a blue led in the right corner which lights up. Still unable to power it on. pfffff have i damaged the phone or battery now?
Hi, your Acer Liquid Z5 will not get trouble if you completely make the phone off because the empty battery, because the hardware automatically left some amount of battery capacity to ignore the battery trouble. However, sometime the battery need to charge about 10 until 20 minutes first at OFF positions while your phone battery fully empty, after that you can try to turn it on again. If you already charge it about 10 hours but the phone still can not turn on, then maybe your phone is stuck and need to be force soft reset by open the back case and remove the battery about 10 seconds. After that please put again the battery at right positions and turn it on. If you still can not turn it on, please try to force hard reset or reformat using hardware button at #Option 2 above.

i have an acer z150 and its rooted it works perfectly but after that ihave something to change in ROM using Roomtoolbox (it was changing something in RAM) after restarting its stuck in logo and it never opened so i try soft and hard reset wiping everything but nothing happened its still on logo..please help please????
Hi, unfortunately we can not give good advice for any non standard root or custom rom or tweak at your Acer Liquid Z5, because there will be some possibilities that can make problem with custom tweak. Maybe you can ask first community website that already give you follow the advice to doing rooted and changing custom rom.

Hi, maybe your phone internal memory already full because Acer Liquid Z5 only have 4 GB total internal memory, but you only can have about half of it, more less 2 GB free internal memory, therefore sometime not all applications can install properly at this phone. Please only install any specific important daily use applications for this phone because limited internal memory and limited RAM which only have 512 MB.

Hi, if you have already done hard reset using hardware button combination key, but your Acer Liquid Z5 still can not work properly then maybe your phone get hard bricks. But before you bring to Acer authorize service center, then you can try to change the charger with other Android charger with minimal 1 A current output, just to make sure your charger still fine.
