Ups sorry you said COC and Waze and something like that, well this phone does not have high specification and limited RAM, that is why you can not run some heavy applications, but we can not have any recommendation about what kind of applications. Some users try to do some custom tweak to uninstall or hibernate the installed applications, but we never advice to do that because some wrong steps to root or custom tweak can make our Lenovo A369i become trouble.
What is the options for non root Lenovo A369i?
You can try to use Greenify free applications from Google Play Store, you can hibernate some factory default installed applications, so you can get more RAM for running additional applications. I have had many problems specifically with Google, such as being locked out of my main Gmail account for "suspicious activity" while logging in from another country. Because I move to different countries a LOT for work, I can no longer access the original email address or telephone number I set up that account with, and therefore cannot get the verification codes, blah blah blah. Google run around!!
So, I set up a new Gmail account, and did a hard reset of my Lenovo a369i. Now, trying to set up the phone with my new Gmail account I continually get the following message:
"Could'nt sign in--can't establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your Android device may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call Customer Care"
First of all, how should I call Customer Care if my phone is not working???
Second, how come I cannot establish a reliable connection to a server in multiple locations with WiFi that I have successfully used with that exact phone previously?
I have a SIM card with 3G data connectivity.
What can I do? Please direct me in simple terms, I am not a tech-wiz.

Hi, base by your story, you have already sign-up with new Google account, but you can not use your phone to access Internet. Acctually this problem kind of network problems. We suggest you to find different Wifi access point near your location to test your Lenovo A369i still work normally. Hello, i bought this phone in January 2014, it works well, really well. But for the last week it says "Process system not responding. Do you want to close it?" At first i just have to press wait and then do the lock, but when it is wrong it hangs for a few seconds. Yesterday, it got worst. When you turn it on, there is 50-50 chances for it. 50 for succeeding on turning the phone and just the main "Lenovo for those who do" sign. When you succeed, it will be black screen, and there is 50-50 chance again. 50 for process not responding, 50 for just the screen to be turn off and never turn on. After you get the messages, you will have the same chance to see the screen or, black screen. When you succeed and you put the lock code, it reboots it self and never turn on/off, need to pull out the battery. Help please fast. I need this phone badly
