! I have samsung galaxy grand prime smg-530 and its touch at the bottom of screen is not working. I guess its a firmware issue as this problem has started after I tried doing Tsw update.

Hi, lets assume that your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime still use official firmware, because we do not understand about your statement that you have done doing Tsw update. However, usually this problems can not fix with reboot or soft reset. You need to do hard reset either using #option 1 above if your phone still can boot properly, or using #option 2 if you want to force hard reset or reformat Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime to factory default. All you installed apps and data will be wipe or erase and we need to setup again from beginning.
