Hi, please try to download vibrate test / Android test from Google Play Store, make sure your vibration working with that test applications. If still can not work although you have choose to vibrate from menu Setting, then we suggest to try doing hard reset or reformat to factory default using menu Setting like steps at #option 1 above, because your Samsung Galaxy Mega still can boot normally. But please do not forget to backup any important data before performing master format.
