  • Hi, we are really suggest for user to not root their phone, because some wrong setting or steps could make our phone become stuck or broken which can not use anymore.   • Hi, if your hardware home button can not work, then it seems you can not do hard reset using hardware button, because you need to press Home button + Power Button + Volume Up together. There are one other solutions, try to unlock forgotten password security code with Google account, try to give wrong answer several time until your Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 freeze for about 30 seconds. If you can use the 3th party camera applications, it mean you have problem with you camera default applications. But this is not big problem since you still can use other applications for camera. The problem is when you also can not use other 3th party camera, with the same problems, then you need to try doing hard reset or master format for make sure your camera hardware is not broken.

• Pls the bluetooth on my gti9152 has refused to turn on and also.. I cnt install any application on my phone. It keeps telling me 'app not installed'

  • Hi, about your Samsung Galaxy Mega did not want to install any applications, usually this problems happen because there are not enough empty space at internal memory. Please remove some not use application, then you can try to install again some applications from Google Play Store. We suggest you have minimin 300mb free space at internal memory (not at your sd card).

    About the bluetooth, please check previously installed applications like battery safer manager or something similar like that, usually this kind od applications can stop it to make your battery become more strong and not fast to drain.   • Hi, unfortunately the only way to save your important data from your Samsung Galaxy Mega because forgot security protection is unlock or bypass using Gmail account that you have signed in before. We suggest you to try remember it and try to recover using Internet Browser at other computer and go to http://mail.google.com then choose Need help link, because this is recommended to do to help you remember forgotten Google account information. If you still can not access Google account, then you have to do hard reset using hardware button combination key, but we recommended to remove the external microSD first before doing hard reset, hopefully you still have some several important information from your microSD card.

  • Hi, it seems that your Samsung Galaxy Mega get trouble either because too many contact data or interference with other applications that make your contact become slowly to load. Please make sure your applications not running too much which can make RAM become insufficient. Also try to soft reset and open up your contact directly to test the speed of loading contact. Otherwise, you have to consider doing hard reset, but backup have to be done before performing reformat. By default your Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 will synchronize automatically all data contact to Google Contact server, please check it at http://contacts.google.com

    • My phone is heating very much even I close all apps it heats and its running very slow..when I turn of my phone for longer time and open afterwards but also it heats..I installed many cooling app but also it doesn't work....and my phone I'll be always above 37 c so plz help me....

  • Hi, when your Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 still active and working normally, please do some backup important data to external memory microSD, and after all important data have already moved or copied then you should remove the external memory from Samsung Galaxy Mega and do hard reset using software menu Setting above. • Hi, I accidentally dropped my Samsung galaxy mega 5.8. Since then touch is not working. There are no breaks on screen. I get the startup tone, while it reboots. Everything else seems normal except the Touch option. I'm not able to access my phone. I tried hard reset the phone, still no go. Any views are helpful. Thanks in advance.

  • Hi, it seem that your Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 hardware get trouble and need to get further check at Samsung authorize service center. Perhaps the internal hardware is broken therefore we can not see damage from outside this phone. Doing hard reset or reformat will not help fixing broken hardware.
