  • Hi, sorry reply in English. We are not sure weather the problem comes from tablet Gallery or Facebook apps Gallery. You can try the following steps. Try to remove the Facebook applications, then reinstall the latest new version from Google Play Store. If you sure the problem comes from Samsung Galaxy Note Gallery, then maybe happen because some applications crash result. You can try to download other Gallery applications at your tablet which is free from Google Play Store. One of our recommendation is QuickPic application.

  I was using my tablet (Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition) fine last night but today nothing. Can't power on (even though I did not power off last night) by pressing Home button. Nothing works. Blank black screen.

  After reading online, I pressed POWER + VOLUME button and now a menu of options came up. If I select the first which says 'Reboot System Now', will I lose everything in my tablet???

  Otherwise, how do I get out of this screen now without doing anything as I don't want to lose everything on my tablet. :(

  • Hi, when you choose Reboot System Now from recovery menu, it will not delete anything, this options will only reboot or restart your tablet again. However, if your Samsung Galaxy Note still can not work, then you have to choose 'Wipe Data / Factory Reset' where all data will be removed and the operating system will be reinstall as well.

• hello.. my samsung note 10.1 n8000 crashed and I tried putting d fireware using Odin 3.1 and tab battery went off. since then it not coming on, not showing sign of charging, just off.. please what can I do. hard resets methods can't be accessed. thinking of opening it. please help me

  • Hi, using Odin is little bit tricky and have to do carefully. Actually every hard reset steps or re-flashing firmware should done with battery fully charge, because in our experience, some gadget can not response anything after power failure problems. We can not give solutions for your problems, please bring your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 to Samsung authorize service center.

• Hi my note 10.1 Gt-8000 was working fine and i reset it to factory settings and now the sim card is not recognizable.any idea how to fix this

  • Hi, basically doing hard reset to factory default will not effect or touch anything with your GSM simcard. However, now you can try to use other Android smartphone to make sure your phone still work or not. We just worry after doing hard reset, by accident the data access is disable. Please check it from setting menu if you are sure the GSM card work fine.

• Well yesterday my Galaxy 10.1 worked, today nada! Tried all the tricks, suggestions and it just does not start. Yes the battery is charged and recharged. Took cover off and measured 4.15 volts on the black and red wires from the battery. I unplugged the battery and pushed the start button and volume rocker switch in an attempt to drain any capacitance. Checked USB port for damage or debris with no evidence of either.

  • Hi, it seems that you have done all standard procedure to hard reset or check the battery. However, we assume that your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 already get hard bricks and need to further check at Samsung authorize service center.

  • Well I sent it to Samsung for warranty service and there was a very quick turn around. No reason for the problem given but it is now working.

• My Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000 uses the android 4.1.2 My problem is that screen sometimes freezes, responding only to the S-pen but not finger touch. Sometimes I am reading and the screen becomes unstable; the pages flip by themselves or the screen wavers. Sometimes it suddenly stops after a few seconds or 2 or 3 minutes. Sometimes I switch off and on the screen, and it stops. I have the Note 8, Note 10.1 2014 Ed. , and the Note 3 and none of them behave like this and they have the same apps installed. I was thinking of upgrading to android 4.3 but I dont know how to do this or whether the upgrade will stop the screen instability of the GT-N8000. I don't like the hard reset option. Please I need your help.

  • Hi, there are too many possibilities that can make your Samsung Galaxy Note sometime become not responding to your finger touch, we can suspect the LCD digitizer hardware problem, but some problem also can be happen because the applications. Therefore you need to make sure which applications that can make this problem. Although hard reset is the last options, but it is very recommended to do when we can not determine which applications that can not work normally and make effect to others. Therefore, you have to consider doing hard reset, of course after backup all important data first. After finish hard reset, if the LCD still work like that, then you will sure the hardware need some fix and need Samsung authorize service center help.

• hello, have galaxy note 10.1 GT-N8000, once a time it had been restarted and then shown screen "Encryption Faild" with a reset button that doesn't take effect, when I try to log to the recovery mode, it restarts again, the download mode works, but it doesn't apply any ROM

  • Hi, if you never do some custom tweak or root or install custom rom recovery at Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 then you can try to force hard reset using hardware button combination key. If you ever do some custom rom, then maybe hard reset with hardware button will not work either. You have to consult with Samsung authorize service center.

  • Hi, please follow steps to hard reset using hardware button combination key above. If your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 still boot logo loop problems, then maybe there are some hardware trouble happen, you should bring this tablet to Samsung authorize service center.

  • Hi, please make sure your internal memory still available free for save downloaded files from your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. You also can try to use alternative browser like Google Chrome or Mozila Firefox which need to download free from Google Play Store.

• Since I got my note 10.1 (london use), I haven't been able to use my s note app. Whenever I open d app it will show 's note is not responding' and then closes, mean while tapping the screen by the s pen or fingers does not show any response. I have been using other similar apps to serve the s note function , although they have limitations compared to the s note. Pls what can be done concerning this?

  • Hi, probably this problem happen because applications trouble. You can try to do hard reset to reset back all setting to factory default, including your S Note apps. Mostly this problems will solved after doing master format your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Please do not forget to backup all important data before doing hard reset.
