so I tried to hard reset my Galaxy note 10.1 using the button combinations.
Holding the power button and the volume up button. but my problem is it still continues to boot up and gets stuck on the samsung logo and it was fully charged...... now its stuck with the stupid samsung logo until the battery runs dry again..... please help.

Hi, I have note 10.1.I forgot my password for a year and only remember it a few month ago. My problem is my note just off for a year because of this password problem. After a year turn it on back, my screen LCD become worse of colour start flikering and colour distortion. Also have a grid line blur / disappear.
