Hi, basically if your phone already get boot loop problem, than the solutions will be remove all your contact data because you have to try doing hard reset or reformat using hardware button. However, if you can not fix using hardware button, then flashing using PC Companion is recommended to try. Actually your contact may still available at Google account if you have signed in with Google account at your Sony Xperia M. By default it will synchronize all contact to Google server. Please check it first at https://www.google.com/contacts/.

However, maybe there is something that we don't understand about the version number or not finish update maybe (just in case). Hi...I have a XperiaM C1904 model. IOS is 4.3. I changed the sim card and after that every time when I am trying to unlock the screen it is asking security password. And also it is sending one sms saying ' Sim card has been changed on 99xxxyyyyz' when the phone is restarting. It is also not identifying the number I.e. Phone number. Actually I ported my sim and it should show same as previous but it is showing unknown. I have given 10 times wrong password to find forgot password button. But got nithing. Luckily this is same as my Gmail password. But I want to stop this nuisance. Please help..
