• I FORGOT MY PHONES CODE HOW CAN I RESET IT

  • Hi, please try to use Google account to recovery your forgotten security protections. Turn on your Sony Xperia Z, then give several time wrong answers continuously until phone freeze about 30 seconds and you will find Forgot Password button. Press that button and give your Google username and password. Please make sure your internet active when bypass forgotten password using Gmail account. If you can not access Google account, than you have to do hard reset with hardware button key.

    • i forgot my phone password so i cant access my phone at all.
      i have try to insert untill 120 wrong password and i still cant remember the password.

      • Hi, you have to try find Forgot Password button and use Gmail account to unlock or bypass forgotten security password at your Sony Xperia Z. However, if you still can not bypass using Gmail username and password, then you have to reformat using PC Companion, please prepare computer PC and download PC Companion applications from Sony official website, then follow steps at #Option 3 above.

• My Xperia Z (C6603) goes out of network when it is kept in not using condition. Many of my relatives complain that they are not able to connect me. But when I use my sim card in other device, then network is all time available. Can you please help me.

  • Hi, please try to check your Battery Saving mode applications at your Sony Xperia Z, some of them will make the data not active while LCD screen turn off or at some specific situations. You may also try to uninstall other 3th party battery applications which has downloaded from Google Play Store, because usually they do some optimization battery life with reducing data network. If you are sure everything fine but you still can not use network properly, then you have to consider doing hard reset or reinstall the factory default operating system with default setting as well.

• I put my xperia in the water and it switched off.i took it to an expert he fixed it , but i dont know if it will work also in the water or not, also my xperia became so hot when i use it.

  • Hi, Sony Xperia Z is waterproof, so it should working or not turning off when use inside water. However, some problem or sensor might trouble that can make your phone not work properly. You should try to bring it to Sony authorize service center and test it on the water in front of them to make sure your phone work or not.
    About the voice command at your Sony Xperia Z also will not work slow unless you have installed too many applications and they run in the background which make your phone become slowly. If you need to get more setting for voice command, then try to set the setting at Menu Setting > System > Accessibility

You need to download PC Companion applications from Sony official website, then install it at your computer with Microsoft Windows operating system. • Hi,
  I've a Sony Xperia Z. When I try to turn it on, it gets to the Sony logo, then shuts down. I can't get it in download mode.
  When I hold the power and Vol up, It vibrates 3 times, but does nothing else.
  When I hold Power and Vol down, It just keeps rebooting to the sony logo.
  It doesn't stay on long enough for PC Companion to connect to it.

  I've hit a brick wall.

  Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi, you have already try the right steps to do hard reset using PC Companion. Please remember, when you start to use PC Companion which has already installed at your Computer Microsoft Windows operating system, you have to start TURN OFF our Sony Xperia Z. When you phone already totally off, then you can follow the steps at PC Companion to follow fix or update the operating system. When PC Companion ready, the computer monitor will tell you when to connect Sony Xperia Z while OFF by press volume Down Button and connect your USB Cable while volume down still pressed. Please follow that steps carefully.

  • Hi, for country code you can choose your region Pakistan country code +92. We hope that your Sony Xperia Z is unlock and can use at Pakistan, please try to use Pakistan GSM simcard to make sure everything work OK. If your phone unlock for the operator, then at least you can make a phone call from your new Xperia Z, if everything work fine, then please register your Internet subscription to your network provider, and make sure your APN setting are correct.

  • Hi, you can try to download any NFC application to test your hardware, like NFC Taginfo from Google Play Store. After finish installed, please test with other phone or other NFC card. Some NFC trouble can be solve after doing hard reset, maybe you also should consider to do hard reset or reformat the operating system, but do not forget to backup all important applications before doing hard reset, because all important data will be wipe or removed after reformat.
