If you have trouble that can not access Setting menu, then you should try to do hard reset using hardware button at #Option 2. If you need to know how to format Samsung Galaxy Grand using special secret code number, then use *2767*3855# like #Option 3 above.

First you can try to unlock using Google account, if this problems still can not work then you have to do hard reset with hardware button combination key, but if you still can not performing master format using hardware button combination key, then you have to ask help at Samsung authorize service center.
