Hey I am struggling with my sony experia c1505, I cant figuire out how to get it to use and store stuff on the sd card. I put the sd card in when I brought- it showed me pictures that were already stored on the sd card but it won't store new ones and theres no option for transferring stuff to the sd.catd! Hi, by default the SDCard will be save for your transferred data and store picture from camera. But as far as we know, if your phone always frozen and slow, maybe something happen with the system. You may need to consider doing hard reset first to clean all trouble applications and hopefully with fresh installation of operating system, the phone will act normal again.

Hi, if screen lock protection is what you need, then you can try to give it from Setting menu > Security and follow the menu inside it. You can choose to give protection by password or screen lock pattern at Sony Xperia E
none of these worked for xperia e, no resets worked, no google mail options or even a way to go about it, my brother forgot the password and all of these are wrong..

If you forget the password at Sony Xperia E, you can find Forget Password / Pattern button after do several time wrong password continuously, because sometime that button is not appear in the first time. Press Forget Password button to bypass forget security password with Google account username and password. The last option if you can not access Google account is doing hard reset with hardware button key above.

Hi, at normal situations with standard rom, after give several time wrong answer, the Forgot password button will appear while your Sony Xperia E freezing about 30 seconds. If you can not unlock or bypass forgot security code using this steps, then you have to do hard reset using PC Companion, please follow steps at #Option 4 above.

It reset and again the problem occurs. What might be the problem. My phone hangs if its goes on sleep. I cannot on my phone. I had to remove the battery and again place it and then power on my phone.

Hi, if you already finish doing hard reset with Backup & Reset setting but the problem still happen, maybe something wrong with data inside the memory card. Please try to format or also erase all data in the memory card or external card. The other option maybe after doing hard reset, the you put the same account usually Android will restore installed applications back to your Sony Xperia E, then some applications which make problem will installed again. Please try to do hard reset and do not put any account after finish format. Try to wait until the phone sleep to know weather the problem still happen or not.

Hi, you said that you already try to do hard reset or master format, but the problem still happen. First we are suspect the problem comes become applications at your Sony Xperia E. After finish doing hard reset, please try to not install any applications or also do not connect it to internet. Because usually if you have backup at Google account, then after finish format and re-input the Google account username and password will make some applications back automatically to our Sony Xperia E. So, try to let it on without connection for one day to see weather the problem still happen or not.

Please try to check again the Option number 4 for doing hard reset or master format SONY XPERIA E (C1504/C1505) and XPERIA E DUAL (C1604/C1605) using computer applications PC COMPANION which need to be download first and install in our computer. After that prepare the USB cable data to connecet Sony Xperia E with that computer and follow the process for doing hard reset or master format.

Hi, doing root is not recommended to do if you do not have any experience doing that before in other smartphone, because some wrong step will make your Sony Xperia E will bricks and can not use anymore. Sony Xperia E have single core processor with 512MB ram, this is good enough to run standard applications and some light apps from Google Play Store.
