Hi, basically when you do reformat or hard reset Sony Xperia ION then your phone will refresh like new phone again, the speed will back to factory default and mostly it become faster again. Please remember, you have to backup all data before doing hard reset because all data and installed applications will be remove or wipe and you need to re sign in again to Google Play Store to download some important applications from Google Play Store again.
Phone dialling issues....after a number is dialled, the keyboard locks!! This is a big problem for accessing voice mail or dialling when an extension number is required!
